Jo Taylor, 4Talent Manager at Channel 4, ‘How to get into the Creative Industry: ‘Life on the Box’' All welcome!
This paper will provide an insightful overview of the media industry, and explore Channel 4’s position within the industry as a whole. It will also provide vital information about opportunities available in the industry, how to make yourself stand out from the crowd, and what Channel 4 look for in potential employees.
Jo Taylor is Head of Learning & 4Talent at Channel 4.
4Talent’s aim is to develop and support creative talent at different stages of their careers, reflecting multicultural Britain and a multi-platform industry. She joined Channel 4 in 2007, having worked previously in a variety of roles at the BBC and in the Independent production sector. Most recently as Head of Production Talent at Optomen Television, where she was responsible for recruiting and head hunting talent for the portfolio of productions.
